At our initial consultation we will get to know you better, including:

  • Whether your are a renter, buyer or seller;

  • Your family or organization makeup;

  • Financial considerations;

  • Desired time frame to conclude the transaction.


Our service agreement

Here we detail the service that we provide. Please follow the link below and download our service agreement. Kindly read it thoroughly, sign and return it to us by email.

Once we have received the signed service agreement we will counter sign it and send a copy back to you.

Anticipation

Property considerations

Research suitable proprieties for purchase or rent:

  • Employ best practices for marketing the sale or lease;

  • Schedule and confirm viewings;

  • Unaccompanied property viewings to help minimize the spread of COVID.

Meeting expectations

Once you have chosen your accommodations we will:

  • Prepare your dossier/application for your signature;

  • Submit it to the Regie/Landlord;

  • Contact the Regie/Landlord to ensure the dossier/application was received;

  • Follow up on your potential candidature.

Signing your contract

  • Review the transaction, assist in completing the necessary forms;

  • Forward contract for signature;

  • Follow up with agents to secure the purchase/sale or lease/rental of the property;

  • Secure a deposit or a loan via bank or private company;

  • Obtain insurance RC and electricity contract.

Celebration!

Inspecting your accommodations

  • A date and time will be scheduled to meet with the Regie on site.

  • An inventory of all items presently located at the premises will be taken.

  • Upon mutual agreement both parties will sign the inventory and retain copies.

Receiving your keys

The moment of truth has arrived.

  • Now it is finally time to receive the keys to your new experience;

  • You are now ready to arrange your move in;

  • You will have 10 days to report anything that may have been overlooked during the inspection.

Time to settle in

  • We will provide ongoing support for two months.

  • Liaising with the Regie on maintenance and other issues if necessary.
